Online Coaching

Now you can use the same programs used by TNS Racing elite to help achieve your triathlon goals. Our online training programs provide a fully customized guide tailored to your specific needs, schedule and abilities. We understand that you have a ‘real’ life – and build your program from there!

No matter what your distance or what your goals, we can provide you with the plan to get there.


Ultimate

For the athlete who wants to see results as quickly and efficiently as possible through the most hands on training available. Begins with professional evaluation that includes VO2 max, body fat, LT Threshold, etc. Test is repeated every 6-8 weeks to monitor progress.

For the athlete who needs a higher level of customization at a lower price point. Ideal for results-oriented beginners and experienced athletes alike.

  • Unlimited email support from your certified coach to support your training and racing
  • One in-person training session with coach per month

The base package is ideal for the independent just getting started or seeking a boost to their existing program.

Custom Training Plans

These plans are for the independent-minded athlete looking for direction without daily interaction. These plans provide a basic level of support. Like individualized coaching plans, these custom plans begin with a one on one conversation between Coach and Athlete. From there, the TNS coach builds a custom program and sends it to you. The plans are based on the information provided to us and are designed to get you to the finish line smiling. If you are looking for more indivualized coaching, refer to our individual coaching programs.

Sprint/Olympic - 10 week plans - $119

Sprint and Olympic triathlons grow in popularity every year! See what all the buzz is about as we get you ready to train and race safely and effectively. You should be able to swim 100 meters, ride 30 minutes, and jog 20 minutes without stopping before undertaking this plan.

Half Ironman - 16 week plans - $189

Half Ironmans provide a chance to race long distances while still being able to live a normal life. The 70.3 distance is one of the fastest growing distances - let TNS get you ready for one. You should be able to swim 200 meters, ride 60 minutes and jog for at least 30 minutes, all without stopping before undertaking this plan.

Ironman - 20 week plans - $259

Got a full Ironman distance on your race calendar? Our team of coaches have raced plenty ourselves and led many athletes on the journey. Let us help you get there. You should be able to swim 400 meters, ride 90 minutes and jog for at least 45 minutes, all without stopping before undertaking this plan.




Private Coaching (1 hour sessions) - $75

For the beginner looking to get started to the experienced triathlete looking for a boost.




Coached Swim Package - $189

This package is everything you need to quickly get ramped up for a triathlon swim. 3 coached sessions include 2 pool workouts and 1 ocean/open water swim teaching surf entrance and exit, wave diving, open water navigation, and race start strategies. Additional workouts are provided via email. This swim program will lay the foundation for a great swimming season. Can be conducted at Santa Monica College or a pool near you.



6 Week Swim Program - $450 ($150 for each additional student)

This 6 week, 12 session, intense swim program will teach you everything you need to know to take your swimming to the next level. Can be conducted at Santa Monica College or a pool near you. Invite your friends to join and enjoy greater savings.
